Delivery Time Frames

We are committed to ensuring our customers have
a clear understanding of how long it will take before
the item ships after payment and how long it will take
to arrive. By doing this, we hope to provide you with
information that will help you better understand how
our business operates and what is considered a
normal delivery time for our items.

We do ask that you review our delivery time frames carefully.

Typical Delivery Time Frames of Physical Goods

Some items are shipped directly from our location here
in Missouri, and other items get shipped directly from
our suppliers. Please understand that we have less
control over the delivery/ship times when an item is
being shipped by one of our suppliers.With that in mind,
merchandise typically ships within 1 - 5 business
days after payment has been received

(Notice: In the rare event we sell out of merchandise
and it goes on temporary backorder, your paid for
item will be shipped when stock becomes available,
but no later than 30 days from the order date. If we
are unable to ship your item after 30 days of the order
date, you are entitled to request a full refund from us.)

By purchasing merchandise from this site, you agree to the terms and conditions of delivery time frames, you also understand that from time to time items we offer may be oversold, which will result in an item going into "presale" status, you understand that in the rare event this occurs, you will be notified, and understand that the pre-sold item will be shipped within 30 days of purchase date. We appreciate the time you have taken to review the above disclosure.

Standard Shipment and Return Policy

• Returns are accepted if the item is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase, and if the item arrives at our place of business in satisfactory condition (meaning the same condition of the item when it left our place of business (or our supplier’s place of business if applicable). You will be credited the amount that you originally paid minus any shipping/handling costs, paypal and/or other selling fees, and a 25% restocking fee.
• All shipping costs include the cost of shipping insurance. We can not be responsible for the actions of the postal carrier, but we will be happy to assist you in the effort of recouping your losses if the product becomes damaged in transit. If the item arrives damaged, you must inform us in writing (by email) within 24 hours of delivery of the merchandise (so that we can then pass on this information in a timely manner to the supplier, insurance company, and/or mail service provider). We will issue a return number to you and request certain information from you. You will also need to return the damaged merchandise (with original packaging) to us (or our supplier, if applicable) once you have a return number, so that we may provide proof of damage to the mail service provider and/or insurance company. Please do not ship the item until you have received a return number from us and full instructions. If we obtain a full refund from the mail service/ insurance company (that covers the item cost, shipping costs, paypal & selling fee cost, and 25% restocking charge), then this refund will be passed on to you and you will get a full refund in the amount that you originally paid. In the event that the insurance refund is less than the purchase amount (paid by you), cost of shipping, paypal and/or other selling fees, and the 25% restocking fee, then your refund will equal that of the insurance refund minus the cost of shipping, paypal and/or other selling fees, and 25% restocking fee. If the claim is rejected from the mail service and/or insurance company, then we are not responsible for issuing a refund. This policy is subject to change without notice since we use different product suppliers, mail carriers, and/or insurance policies. If the above criteria are not met, then we will no longer be able to assist you in your claim, and the responsibility to file a claim will fall on you.
• All orders that are cancelled before the order ships, will incur a 25% restocking fee and paypay/selling fees. If you wish to cancel an order after the order has already shipped, then you will need to return the item after you receive it and you will be subject to the above return policy (you will only be refunded if the item(s) arrive in the condition they were shipped in, and you will be refunded the amount you paid minus shipping & handling costs, paypal/selling fees, and a 25% restocking fee.
